I have enough points on Coinout to get $10 Amazon gift card but have been unable to redeem them . I have tried the help desk and done everything they have said.

Still no luck.

I cannot get a code sent to my email, while I do get other email from coinout. I used to like the app but now Im getting fed up

Trying to tell you to change my email because my old one doesn’t work and you haven’t done this yet. Trying to get my points for the last two weeks now.

I have been unable to redeem points for several days . Customer service has not been a help. I'm thinking of dropping coinout but Iwant my gift card!

I cashed in points and received two $10 E gift cards from CoinOut. I transferred them to my Walmart wallet to use for a purchase.

When I got to the store, the E carts will not open. I contacted Walmart and was told the issue was on the senders end. I sent several email & several requests by contact us with no response.

I was able to find a phone number online associated with CoinOut but it is constantly busy. All I want is for my two $10 gift cards to be activated so I can use them.

Turned in all my receipts like I was supposed to try a different route for receiving my reward only to be surprised at the cashiers Lane unable to use send money because it was never placed on the card. I have yet to hear from anyone but a computer generated email Very disappointing because I was really enjoying the app.

I want to speak with a real person. I haven't received my rewards.

I like Coin Out and sending my receipts to them. But I can never call Coin Out because the telephone number they give me is always wrong.

You can never get a hold of a real person, and that's very annoying. I have tried so hard to get my rewards and have had no success.

I can't use my app because it will not let me use the bottom things at the bottom of the page: the triangle, the circle, and the square.

No one answered my call. How can I write to you? I'm trying to find out why I can't reconnect to Amazon after doing the little puzzle game three or four times, it keeps saying 'cannot connect.' There's a problem, so I need you to tell me what's the problem.

I submitted my receipts. I got the points to get a gift card.

I submitted the Albertsons receipt for a gift card, and I can't use it.

So embarrassing. I need my money.

Every time I try to retrieve my verification code, I have to leave the page. When I try to go back to the page, I have to go all the way back through the process again.

When I try to enter the last code sent, it says to enter a valid code. I can't cash out due to this problem.

They just blocked my account and that's it, no warning, no emails, just like that, I don't know why.

I cashed out 10 transactions of $10 each transaction to venmo yet it's only showing 4 cash out transactions

I'm trying to reach an agent to fix a problem, and there's no answer. I had to try to look up a contact number, and the office system seems flawed.
